I had a vision, a dream, a wish that I was determined to make a reality. Lacking resources, tools, and support from my own motherhood journey I started on a mission to help empower moms so they wouldn’t have to go through the same struggles as I did. I opened EMC when my daughter just turned one because I knew it was time to spread my vision into the community and pour my heart and soul into what oftentimes I call my third child, Empowered Mama Chiropractic.

Driven by an unwavering passion to make a lasting impact on the lives of families, I wholeheartedly devote myself to serving the community and leading others towards empowered health through chiropractic care. Having experienced firsthand the challenges that families encounter, I've made it my mission to be a resource to families throughout their health journey with confidence and grace.

My vision extends far beyond the boundaries of my practice; I envision a world where families thrive, where individuals feel supported, and where vibrant health is within everyone's reach. Kristi Gilbert, Co-Owner

As the proud owner of Peaceful Skincare, Spa and Wellness Center, Kristi Gilbert brings nearly 20 years of expertise as a Master Cosmetologist and Color Specialist. A graduate from Coastal Pines Technical College in Waycross, GA, Kristi’s career was shaped under the guidance of Melissa Cleland, a talented stylist who provided inspiration and support. Kristi is dedicated to fostering a community of talented, God-fearing women who share a commitment to excellence in beauty and wellness. Her passion lies in helping clients love and care for their hair, achieving beautiful results through expert color, cut, and styling, as well as promoting hair health with Nutrofol for internal wellness needs.

Ginger Griffin, Co-Owner

Ginger Griffin, initially a graduate from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Nutrition and Food Science, pursued further education in medical aesthetics after a life-changing accident. She studied in Atlanta, Georgia, where she earned certifications in licensed aesthetics, microdermabrasion, spa therapies, reflexology, makeup, dermaplaning, and chemical peels. Following a fulfilling three-year tenure at Sea Island, Ginger was inspired to open her own establishment, Peaceful Skincare, in Waycross, Georgia. As the former owner and aesthetician for 16 years, she significantly impacted her community. Now a co-owner of a full-service spa, Ginger continues her commitment to enhancing both spirit and beauty, embodying her philosophy: 'To be lifted in spirit and beauty. With deep passion and dedication, she serves the community, offering much love and expert care.

Faith Ham, Stylist

Faith, a Master Cosmetologist since 2020, specializes in color treatments, extensions, and facial waxing. She is dedicated to making clients feel their best and building lasting relationships with them.

Amy Freeman, Stylist

Amy, a Master Cosmetologist with 15 years of experience, loves making women feel amazing with custom coloring and cuts tailored to their style. She is dedicated to enhancing each client's unique beauty.

Deseray Davis, Stylist

Deserae, a 2023 Master Cosmetology, specializes in spray tans, makeup application, sugar waxing, and hairstyling. She is grateful for the opportunity to serve her clients.
